Our dishes are packed in specially made Pukka Tiffin tubs, retaining heat longer and avoiding spillage - giving you mess free, piping hot food delivered right to your door by our drivers on our distinctive Pukka delivery mopeds - ready for serving.
Our Chef-Patron Binod Baral from top of the world, was trained in India and Nepal at an early age in his families own high end restaurant, which has been running for many decades, he has refined his culinary skills from the very best restaurants in the UK for more than 10 years.
Before setting up Pukka Tiffin, Binod was Executive Chef for The Bombay Bicycle Club when it was under Clapham house PLC which also hold Gourmet Burger Kitchen / GBK , Real Greek , Toosties and Dexster where he took various role as Head Chef Trainer , Development chef and left as Executive Chef after 5 years with them.

The Indian population know Tiffin as Proper home food. In the Indian subcontinent tiffin is the food you would send to your love one, knowing they are getting best food, freshly and lovingly prepared for them. The British used Tiffin as a term for light meal of beautiful, morsel eaten. The history of Tiffin is very old; it is part of culture, tiffin distribution commercially stared around 1890 from Bombay for busy office worker.
A good way of enjoying this menu is to order 3 - 4 dishes of whatever you fancy. Order more to share along with side bread or other side dishes. The best way to enjoy food is to have an adventure.

Distinctive flavours and authentic recipes from across regional India, prepared by Master chefs using the finest and freshest ingredients and cooked the age old traditional way - the Pukka way - either barbecued in our special 400c clay Ovens (tandoori), slow-cooked in a traditional copper pot (haandi) or stir-fried on an iron griddle (tawa).
